Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am until 6:00pm Eastern time. We do observe bank holidays. We are available after hours and weekends for emergencies and projects. After Hours rates apply.

Free one hour consultation.Onsite service calls are $145 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum.Remote support is $90 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.Managed IT services are available on a per computer monthly rate.Rates for project work vary based on the complexity of work. Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.After Hours support is available in emergency cases or projects for $250 per hour.

For clients in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, we're happy to meet with you in person at your location. For remote meetings, we use Microsoft Teams, making it easy to connect from your computer, tablet, or mobile device. Webcams are optional, and if your computer doesn't have a microphone, you can simply call into the meeting using your phone. If you prefer, we're also happy to discuss your needs over a phone call.
