Our normal service hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am until 6:00pm Eastern time.

• Free one hour consultation. • Onsite service calls are $145 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum. • Remote support is $90 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments. • Managed IT services are available on a per computer monthly rate. • Rates for project work vary based on the complexity of work. • Estimates can be given up front, if a clearly defined scope of work is provided.

For Charlotte North Carolina area we can meet at your location or ours. For remote meetings Microsoft Teams is used to communicate during meetings. Webcams are optional and if a mic is not available on your computer, you can use a phone to call into the Teams meeting.

We do not offer personal computer repair or in home IT services.
